airfare ("we", "us") operates airfaresnacks.com. This policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account and order information. When you sign in or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order and subscription history. Payments are processed by Shopify — we never see or store your full card details.

Usage analytics. With your consent (see "Analytics and cookies" below), we collect information about how you use the site — pages viewed, actions taken, and browser and device type — using PostHog and Shopify analytics.

Session replay. Only if you explicitly accept analytics, we may record a replay of your visit (clicks, scrolling, and pages viewed) to diagnose problems and improve the site. Replays are never recorded before you accept.

Analytics and cookies

On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics. If you are in the EU, UK, wider EEA, or Switzerland, nothing is tracked unless you accept. Elsewhere, basic analytics are on by default and you can decline at any time. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out.

When analytics are enabled, we set Shopify analytics cookies (_shopify_y and _shopify_s) and PostHog analytics storage in your browser. Declining removes them.

We always store your consent choice itself in your browser's local storage. This is strictly necessary to remember your decision and is not used to track you.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Privacy choices" link in the footer.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfill orders and subscriptions, provide customer support, and — with consent — understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that operate the site on our behalf: Shopify (store, checkout, and payments), PostHog (analytics and session replay), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each processes your data only to provide its service to us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to withdraw consent, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
