Save 15% on your first snack order
One way we help people eat healthier on the go is by sending snacks directly to their homes. Our customers choose this convenient option when they want snacks for a long trek across Portugal, are preparing for a long month of flying, or to upgrade their family’s snack drawer.
Another way we serve people is through businesses, which give or sell snacks to employees and customers. We’ve told you in the past about wonderful partnerships with great companies like Sheltair Aviation, Republic Airlines, and other fitness studios and company offices.
Today, we’re excited about some new partnerships that have sprung up over the last few months. Fair warning—while this update is for everyone, admission to these companies is pretty darn exclusive.
The Private Suite
At Justin’s home base airport, Los Angeles International (LAX), the security line can get scary. And even after the wait, the airport is rather large, so finding a particular gate can take even more time.
Most of us normies—Geremy and Justin included—deal with this time-consuming reality. For those with some spare cash or a business account, try to score an experience at The Private Suite at LAX, which goes by P/S.
P/S has a private terminal, so booking one of its suites means never stepping foot in LAX proper, even when flying on a commercial airline. Instead, P/S has its own security, cafe, and of course, private suite, which has all the trappings of a boutique hotel room. Relax and wait until a private ride pulls up near the plane for easy boarding.
Each suite has a daybed, drinks, and other accouterments. And since late this spring, each suite now includes a wide selection of our healthy snacks. The staff likes airfare because our snacks allow them to meet every client’s dietary needs.
We hope to continue expanding with P/S when they open their Atlanta location in the fall.
Surf Air
Let’s stay out west to highlight Surf Air, now one of the premier private jet companies in the country.
It started in 2013 as an L.A.-based, intra-California private jet company with membership-only flights. It began with a focus on business travel from L.A. to Silicon Valley and has expanded to destinations like Orange County and Palm Springs.
Now flying to many destinations across the country, Surf Air is focused on becoming a leader in sustainability. Most impressively, the company is poised to usher in the age of electric planes with Surf Air Mobility.
With all of that growth—and even talks of becoming a public company—Surf Air has a lot on its plate. They made the smart move of calling on airfare to take over all healthy snack duties.
The Surf Air team told us they leaned on our capabilities not simply to upgrade snacks to more progressive, healthier offerings for their members. More importantly, they’re excited about letting our snack specialists take over what can be daunting curation and coordination of packing and delivery. As we told them, “We’ll take the snacks, you fly the planes.” And we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity.
If you know a business—in aviation or not—looking to upgrade its snacks and pass off snack curation duties, send them our way.
Until next time, stay cool and snack on.
